Text

Whenever a candidate for a local office described in section 2 of this chapter is unopposed, the circuit court clerk shall, upon demand of the candidate, certify the candidate in the same manner as if elected to the office. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-26-1 part.]
