5.
(a)This section applies to a statement
required to be transmitted to the election division by a circuit court
clerk under this chapter.
(b)A statement described in subsection (a) shall be sent by using
the computerized list established under IC 3-7-26.3 unless the election
division authorizes the use of an alternative method for transmitting the
certificate. A statement sent under this section complies with any
requirement for the statement to be certified or sealed.
