§ 3-12-4-12 — Statement prepared by circuit court clerk; copies to county chairman of each political party upon request
After the county election board certifies the
election results under section 9 of this chapter, the circuit court clerk
shall furnish, upon request, to the county chairman of each political
party a copy of the statement.
