Text
In case of a recount, all ballot cards shall be recounted in the manner prescribed by this chapter unless:
(1)the court ordering the recount or the state recount commission
directs that they be counted manually; or
(2)a request for a manual recount is made under IC 3-12-6 or IC 3-12-11.
