§ 3-12-2-2 — Viewing of counting of votes by inspector and judge of opposite political party

Indiana·Art. 12 ASCERTAINING RESULTS OF ELECTIONS·Ch. 2 Counting of Paper Ballot Votes
During the counting of the votes, the inspector and the judge of the opposite political party from the inspector shall view the ballots as the names of the candidates voted for are read from the ballots. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-25-1(a) part.]
