Text
Upon receipt of the envelope or bag under
section 9 of this chapter, the envelope or bag shall be placed in a
receptacle having two (2) different locks provided by the county
executive. The receptacle shall be locked, and one (1) key shall be
given to the circuit court clerk and the other key shall be given to the
county election board member of the other political party.
