§ 3-12-13-3 — "Post-election audit"

Indiana·Art. 12 ASCERTAINING RESULTS OF ELECTIONS·Ch. 13 Risk-Limiting Audits
As used in this chapter, "post-election audit" means an audit protocol that makes use of statistical methods and is designed to limit to acceptable levels the risk of certifying a preliminary election outcome that constitutes an incorrect outcome.
