§ 3-12-1-6 — Voting mark on or in voting square; public questions

A voting mark made by a voter on or in a voting square following the word "Yes" or the word "No" before a public question shall be counted as indicated. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-25-18(c).]
