Text
(a)This section does not apply to a vote:
(1)cast for president or vice president of the United States under
IC 3-10-4-6; or
(2)described by section 15 of this chapter.
(b)A vote cast for a candidate who ceases to be a candidate may not
be counted as a vote for a successor candidate selected under IC 3-13-1
or IC 3-13-2.
