Text
The voters appointed as couriers or absentee ballot counters under this article shall be compensated in the following manner:
(1)Couriers assigned to deliver absentee ballots certifications to
the precincts on election day under IC 3-11.5-4-8, are entitled to
a per diem established by the county executive and a sum for
mileage established by the county fiscal body.
(2)The absentee ballot counters who are assigned to perform
duties regarding absentee ballots on election day are entitled to a
per diem established by the county executive.
