Text
Each circuit court clerk shall do the following:
(1)Keep a separate absentee ballot record for each precinct in the
county.
(2)This subdivision applies to a county in which the county voter
registration office prepares a certified list of all voters registered
to vote in each precinct in the county under IC 3-7-29-1. Either:
(A)certify to each inspector or the inspector's representative, at
the time that the ballots and supplies are delivered under IC 3-11-3, the names of the voters:
(i)to whom absentee ballots were sent or who marked ballots
in person; and
(ii)whose ballots have been received by the county election
board under IC 3-11-10; or
(B)provide a certified list of voters that have been marked to
designate the names of the voters described in clause (A).
