(a)Political parties or independent candidates
described in IC 3-6-8-1 may appoint watchers at a central location for
counting absentee ballots.
(b)A watcher appointed under this section:
(1)has the rights; and
(2)must follow the requirements;
set forth in IC 3-6-8.
