Text
(a)This section applies only to a voter with a
disability.
(b)This section does not apply to an absentee ballot cast by a voter
before an absentee voter board visiting the voter's place of confinement
or the voter's residence.
(c)A voter is entitled to vote on a direct record electronic voting
system that complies with IC 3-11-8.
