Text

(a)The county executive shall locate the polls for each precinct in an accessible and secure facility.
(b)In locating the polls for a precinct, a county shall consider the relevant factors to ensure the security of the location set forth in guidance provided by the secretary of state. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-23-17(a),
