§ 3-11-8-6 — Location of polls in accessible and secure facility
(a)The county executive shall locate the polls
for each precinct in an accessible and secure facility.
(b)In locating the polls for a precinct, a county shall consider the
relevant factors to ensure the security of the location set forth in
guidance provided by the secretary of state.
