Each inspector shall return the poll lists, together with the oaths of the precinct election board members, in a sealed envelope separate from all other precinct election returns to the circuit court clerk. The clerk shall preserve the poll lists for the period required by IC 3-10-1-31.1. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-23-20(f).]
