Text

A ballot card voting system must be:

(1)suitably designed for the purpose used;
(2)of durable construction;
(3)safe, efficient, and accurate in the conduct of elections and counting of ballots; and
(4)in compliance with the standards for systems that are purchased after the effective date of the standards established under this chapter and IC 3-11-15. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-2-4-3(a)(3).]
