§ 3-11-7-3 — Capability of system; voting in secrecy

A ballot card voting system must enable a voter to cast a vote in secrecy for all offices and public questions for which the voter is entitled to vote. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-2-4-3(a)(1).]
