Text
(a)This section applies to an overseas voter
described in IC 3-5-2.1-75(3).
(b)An overseas voter who resides outside the United States and
who is no longer a resident of a precinct in Indiana is only entitled to
receive absentee ballots for a federal office under this chapter.
(c)A voter described in subsection (a) is considered to be a voter of
the Indiana precinct where the voter registration office of the county
where the person was domiciled before leaving the United States is
located.
