(a)This section applies to an absent
uniformed services voter, an overseas voter, or a voter with print
disabilities.
(b)The designation of a voter registration record in the
computerized list as that of an individual described in subsection (a)
expires January 1 of the calendar year following the year in which the
individual submitted an absentee ballot application indicating that the
voter was entitled to an absentee ballot as an absent uniformed services
voter, an overseas voter, or a voter with print disabilities.
