Text

If a county election board dispatches a messenger under section 13 of this chapter, the messenger is entitled to receive:

(1)two dollars ($2) for time; and
(2)a mileage allowance at a rate determined by the county fiscal body for the distance necessarily traveled. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-23-7 part.]
