Text

Each type of ballot must be:

(1)of uniform size;
(2)of the same quality and color of paper;
(3)sufficiently thick that the printing cannot be distinguished from the back; and
(4)printed with the precinct number or designation of the precinct where the ballot is used. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-23-1(a) part.]
