5. Notwithstanding section 12 of this chapter, the county election board may alter the prescribed ballot order to place the names of the candidates for the following offices before the names of the candidates for county judicial offices:
(1)Prosecuting attorney.
(2)Clerk of the circuit court.
(3)The county offices listed in section 12(a)(4) of this chapter.
