§ 3-11-15-8 — Applications; length of validity
Indiana·Art. 11 VOTING METHODS, SUPPLIES, AND·Ch. 15 Ballot Card and Electronic Voting Systems; Additional
An application under this chapter is valid for
one (1) year after the date that the application is filed with the election
division and for any additional time that the commission considers
necessary to act upon the application.
