§ 3-11-15-40 — Reconciliation of sum of selections and undervotes
Indiana·Art. 11 VOTING METHODS, SUPPLIES, AND·Ch. 15 Ballot Card and Electronic Voting Systems; Additional
After every ballot is cast, a reconciliation of
the sum of selections and undervotes must occur. The undervotes may
not be generated as a default but must be generated as the result of
scanning the ballot as the ballot is cast.
