§ 3-11-15-38 — Stored images of ballots
Indiana·Art. 11 VOTING METHODS, SUPPLIES, AND·Ch. 15 Ballot Card and Electronic Voting Systems; Additional
The stored images of each ballot must
protect the integrity of the data and the anonymity of each voter by
such means as storage location scrambling. The ballot image records
may be either machine readable or manually transcribed, or both, at the
discretion of the vendor.
