6.

(a)This section applies only to a voting system purchased with funds made available under Title II of HAVA (52 U.S.C. 20921 through 52 U.S.C. 21072) after December 31, 2006.
(b)As required by 42 U.S.C. 15481, the voting system must comply with the Voting System Standards for disability access referred to in section 13.3 of this chapter and 52 U.S.C. 21081(a)(3) to be used in an election.
