§ 3-11-14-9 — Information contained in instructional models

Indiana·Art. 11 VOTING METHODS, SUPPLIES, AND·Ch. 14 Voting by Electronic Voting System
Each electronic voting system used for instructional purposes must contain the names of all candidates and a description of all public questions as they will appear on the official sample ballot on election day. However, the systems may not be set to record a tally or total.
