§ 3-11-14-33 — Municipal election use of system
If a county has procured electronic voting
systems for use, the systems may be used at a municipal election. If
there are not sufficient systems on hand for each precinct of the
municipality, the county election board shall determine in what
precincts systems will be used at the election.
