Text
After the opening of the polls, the inspector,
judges, and poll clerks may not allow any person to pass within the
railing to the part of the room where an electronic voting system is
situated, except for the purpose of voting. Except as provided in IC 3-11-9, they may not permit more than one (1) voter at a time to be in
the part of the room where an electronic voting system is situated.
