Text
The county election board shall certify the
results of an audit under section 37 of this chapter not later than noon
twelve (12) days after the election. The certification must be on the
form prescribed by the election division. One (1) copy shall be filed
with the election returns, and one (1) copy must be delivered to the
election division.
