§ 3-11-13-37 — Confirmation of count
If a petition is filed under section 38 of this chapter, the county election board shall confirm that the votes cast in an election:
(1)for each candidate and each public question; and
(2)on a ballot card voting system in a precinct specified under
section 38 of this chapter;
were correctly counted by the system.
