Text

After completion of the count, the tabulating machines shall be sealed as provided in IC 3-12-3-10. The ballot cards and all other election materials shall be sealed, retained, and disposed of as provided for paper ballots. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-2-4-4(f) part.]
