§ 3-11-13-23 — Observation of machine tests; certification
(a)The two (2) appointed members of the
county election board shall observe the test required by section 22 of
this chapter and certify the test as meeting the requirements of section
22 of this chapter.
(b)A copy of the certification of the test conducted under section 22
of this chapter shall be filed with the election returns.
(c)The test must be open to representatives of political parties,
candidates, the media, and the public.
