§ 3-11-13-2 — Permissible use of system; generally

Indiana·Art. 11 VOTING METHODS, SUPPLIES, AND·Ch. 13 Voting by Ballot Card Voting System

A county election board may use an approved ballot card voting system:

(1)in any election;
(2)in all or in some of the precincts within a political subdivision holding an election; and
