Indiana Statutes
§ 3-11-13-2 — Permissible use of system; generally
A county election board may use an approved ballot card voting system:
(1)in any election;
(2)in all or in some of the precincts within a political subdivision
holding an election; and
(3)instead of or in combination with any other voting method.
