§ 3-11-13-17 — Precinct to be provided ballot cards suitable for processing by automatic data processing machines

Indiana·Art. 11 VOTING METHODS, SUPPLIES, AND·Ch. 13 Voting by Ballot Card Voting System
Each county election board shall provide each precinct where a ballot card voting system is used with a sufficient number of ballot cards of the size, design, and stock suitable for processing by automatic data processing machines. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-2-4-4(d) part.]
