§ 3-11-11-13 — Return of pencil and delivery of ballot after leaving compartment
After leaving the booth or compartment, a
voter shall return the pencil to the poll clerk or assistant poll clerk and
display the initials on the ballots to the inspector (or to the judge who
is temporarily authorized to act for the inspector).
