5.
(a)This section does not apply to an
application for an absentee ballot from a voter:
(1)participating in the address confidentiality program under IC 5-26.5-2; or
(2)requesting to cast an absentee ballot in the office of the circuit
court clerk, the office of the board of elections and registration, or
a satellite office.
(b)Before a voter's application for an absentee ballot is attached to
the ballot envelope, the application must be scanned or otherwise
copied for public inspection.
