7.If a conflict exists between the map of
a precinct and the description of the boundaries of a precinct submitted
by a county and approved under this chapter, the precinct boundary is
the description of the boundaries of the precinct, rather than the map
of the precinct, to the extent of any conflict between the map and the
description.
