5.
(a)This section applies when the office
determines that a boundary depicted on a census block boundary map
prepared by the United States Bureau of the Census is in error.
(b)The commission may approve a precinct boundary under this
chapter that follows a corrected boundary as determined by the
commission. The election division shall record this approval in the
minutes of the commission.
(c)The office shall annotate the corrected boundary in the GIS.
