Text
A county executive may establish a precinct
that does not comply with section 4 of this chapter if the part of the
precinct that crosses the boundary of the entity contains no population.
However, if the part of the precinct that crosses the boundary of the
entity obtains population, the county executive shall establish a
precinct that complies with section 4 of this chapter.
