§ 3-10-9-4 — Form of question

Indiana·Art. 10 PROVISIONS GOVERNING CERTAIN TYPES OF·Ch. 9 Local Public Questions
(a)The public question shall be placed on the ballot in substantially the following form: [] YES [] NO
(b)A public question printed on a ballot shall be set forth without any quotation marks preceding or following the text of the public question.
