§ 3-10-7-7 — Town election boards; members
Indiana·Art. 10 PROVISIONS GOVERNING CERTAIN TYPES OF·Ch. 7 Municipal Elections in Small Towns Located Outside
If a town election board is established under section 5.5 of this chapter, the town election board consists of the following three (3) members:
(1)The town chairman of each of the major political parties
appointed under IC 3-8-5-3.
(2)The town clerk-treasurer.
