§ 3-10-7-28 — Appointment of nominees; vacancies
Indiana·Art. 10 PROVISIONS GOVERNING CERTAIN TYPES OF·Ch. 7 Municipal Elections in Small Towns Located Outside
A town election board shall appoint the
persons who are nominated under sections 26 and 27 of this chapter. A
vacancy in an office shall be filled by an appointment made upon the
recommendation of the board member who nominated the original
officer.
