§ 3-10-7-20 — Compensation of members

Indiana·Art. 10 PROVISIONS GOVERNING CERTAIN TYPES OF·Ch. 7 Municipal Elections in Small Towns Located Outside
The town legislative body shall determine the compensation of each appointed member of a town election board. The town legislative body shall fix the compensation in the same manner as it fixes salaries. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-2-7.6-9.]
