§ 3-10-7-17 — Purchase of materials, supplies, and equipment
Indiana·Art. 10 PROVISIONS GOVERNING CERTAIN TYPES OF·Ch. 7 Municipal Elections in Small Towns Located Outside
All materials, supplies, and equipment that
are to be paid for out of the town treasury shall be purchased as
provided by statute and paid upon claims filed with the town
clerk-treasurer. The town election board must verify and approve the
claims.
