§ 3-10-7-16 — Employees
Indiana·Art. 10 PROVISIONS GOVERNING CERTAIN TYPES OF·Ch. 7 Municipal Elections in Small Towns Located Outside
A town election board may appoint and at its
pleasure remove clerks, custodians, and other employees that are
necessary to execute its powers. The board may prescribe the duties, fix
the rank, and fix the salaries of its appointees.
