§ 3-10-7-11 — Chairman; secretary
Indiana·Art. 10 PROVISIONS GOVERNING CERTAIN TYPES OF·Ch. 7 Municipal Elections in Small Towns Located Outside
The members of a town election board shall
select one (1) of the appointed members to serve as chairman. The
town clerk-treasurer shall serve as secretary of the board.
