§ 3-10-7-1 — Application of chapter
Indiana·Art. 10 PROVISIONS GOVERNING CERTAIN TYPES OF·Ch. 7 Municipal Elections in Small Towns Located Outside
(a)This chapter applies to municipal elections
in towns having a population of less than three thousand five hundred
(3,500) that are not located entirely or partially within a county having
a consolidated city.
(b)Prison inmates may not be counted in determining population
size for purposes of this chapter.
