Text
Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the
county election board, county executive, circuit court clerk, voters, and
members of political parties in each county in which a municipal
primary election or municipal election will be held have the rights and
shall perform the duties and furnish the assistance that they are
required to do for a primary and general election under IC 3-10-1 and
IC 3-11-8.
