§ 3-10-6-1 — Application of chapter
Indiana·Art. 10 PROVISIONS GOVERNING CERTAIN TYPES OF·Ch. 6 Municipal and School District Elections in Cities, Large
(a)This chapter applies to municipal and school
district elections in the following municipalities:
(1)All cities.
(2)Towns having a population of three thousand five hundred
(3,500) or more.
(3)Towns located entirely or partially within a county having a
consolidated city, regardless of their population.
(b)Prison inmates may not be counted in determining population
size for purposes of this chapter.
